What I can't help with
To be direct, because these arrive constantly and the answer is always the same:
- Account, login or password problems.
- Deposits, withdrawals, pending payments or a missing balance.
- Bonus or promotion disputes.
- Recovering a lost account or changing a registered number.

In-app support inside IJ7 is generally the fastest of these for a money question, because the agent can see the account.
Worth repeating. Nobody from IJ7 will ever ask for your OTP, your UPI PIN or remote access to your phone. Anyone who does is stealing from you, whatever logo is on their profile picture.
